This program provides prepaid tuition for Amazon's hourly employees to learn new skills. We Can Code IT contributes its award-winning software and web development course to the initiative, supporting Amazon's commitment to employee empowerment and continuous learning.

We Can Code IT, a tech education provider headquartered in Cleveland, Ohio, has been chosen for the third consecutive year as an education partner for Amazon’s Career Choice program. As part of this program, Amazon’s hourly employees receive pre-paid tuition to learn new skills and prepare for career success, either within Amazon or elsewhere. We Can Code IT’s software and web development course is one of the offerings provided through the program. The company has won Course Report’s Best Bootcamp award for seven years in a row and uses a collaborative approach to teaching, emphasizing problem and project-based learning to ensure that students acquire in-demand skills. Amazon has invested over $1.2 billion in upskilling more than 300,000 employees by 2025, and the Career Choice program has a rigorous selection process for third-party partners, seeking out those that are focused on job placement and provide education that leads to career success.
