About We Can Code IT
Join the team that is changing the face of tech by providing diverse and skilled tech talent. We Can Code IT (WCCI) is a woman-owned and led social enterprise that was born in 2014 out of a vision by Melanie McGee, the Founder and CEO. We Can Code IT’s vision is to graduate 10,000 students by 2030 with 70% being underrepresented in technology which includes Black and African American, Hispanic/Latin American, Native American, women, Veterans, and members of the LGBTQIA+ community.
