TechCred for Employers

Ohio employers: elevate your workforce with tech training through the TechCred program. We Can Code IT partners with businesses to upskill employees, strengthening your team and improving productivity. Equip your team with the skills needed to excel in today’s digital landscape and protect your business from emerging tech challenges.

Eligibility: Ohio employers training Ohio employees.
Cost: TechCred may reimburse eligible Ohio employers up to $1,000 per employee, per credential.
Courses Available: Artificial Intelligence Training and Implementation, Software Development, Cybersecurity and Company Risk Management, Data Analytics, and custom options for your team.

Benefits of Using We Can Code IT’ for TechCred:

IMAP (Individual Microcredential Assistance Program)

Are you an Ohio resident over 18 or a high school junior/senior? IMAP offers fully-funded opportunities to kickstart your tech career. Our courses give you hands-on experience in high-demand tech fields, at no cost to you.

Eligibility: Ohio residents 18+ or high school juniors/seniors.
Cost: Completely free for eligible participants.
Courses Available: Artificial Intelligence, Software Development, Data Analytics, Cybersecurity, and more.
