Who is Eligible?

• Veterans with a service-connected disability rating of at least 10% from the VA.
• Active-duty service members awaiting discharge with a memorandum rating of 20% or more, or a proposed Integrated Disability Evaluation System (IDES) disability rating of 20% or more.
