We meet virtually! You will gain access to the Demo Day and Matchmaking site after registration, allowing you to:
* View resumes of recent web and software developer graduates.
* Schedule one-on-one interviews with the developers in order to hire.
Career Services invites employers to participate in matchmaking towards the end of every cohort. This is a recruiting event where new grads get matched with up to two employers from the list of participating companies. This list is shared with the students ahead of time so they can pick two companies based on their interests or research. Matchmaking follows a speed dating format where each grad and employer meet and get to know each other. If there is a good fit, the employer may connect with the new grad after the matchmaking event and invite them to the next step in their process. This allows grads to get a head start in their job search and land jobs sooner.
