Take Readiness AssessmentWe want to ensure that a career in coding is right for you, so we use a third-party assessment to evaluate your logical thinking skills. This assessment takes 30-45 minutes but is a fantastic measure of your ability to be successful in our program.

Campus VisitJoining a coding bootcamp is a big time commitment and it's important for you to experience it before finalizing your decision. A Campus Visit or attending one of our Class Shadow Days gives you a chance to experience the magic that happens in our program. Our admissions rep can schedule a personalized campus visit following your phone interview. Alternatively, you can register online for a Shadow Day.
Final InterviewSometimes we schedule a final interview to ensure that you've had a chance to meet different people from our program.
AcceptanceYou'll find out if you're accepted within 2 weeks. We look forward to having you in our coding bootcamp!
OrientationDuring orientation, we welcome you to your cohort! You'll learn our policies , meet your instructors and classmates, and get a feeling for how we work. After orientation, you'll be ready to dive in on your first day of class.
First DayOrientation and your prep work will have you ready to start. We waste very little time getting down to business! You'll work with your classmates for more team building and problem solving.
14-Weeks In-Person or 16-Weeks HybridYou'll learn more than you ever thought was possible during these few months from us. Get ready to eat, sleep, and code. You'll work through the material using project and problem based challenges. Our one of a kind instructors, not only experts in their fields, but also skilled educators, will mentor you through the process. Our instructors are there for you inside and outside of the classroom. They act as mentors and guides, with extra tutoring sessions weekly.
Diversity Focused Career BuildingThroughout the program, you will learn essential career skills not found at all coding schools. We focus on resume writing, tech interview practice, confidence building skills, as well as special topics of interest to our diverse students. Check out the Career Services section for details.
Demo Day and GraduationWe reach out to our wide network of employer partners to interview you on Demo Day in order to find your match. Family and friends join our graduates to celebrate after Demo Day during your graduation.
We Can Code IT AlumniWe don't stop there. Once you are a We Can Code IT graduate, you are forever a member. We are here to support you in your career, help you with employment issues, and act as home base for your tech career. You'll have the opportunity to join us for celebrations, assist us in community outreach, and act as a mentor to new students.
